Privacy Policy
Uniqus Exchange (the “Service”) is an invite-only peer community operated by Uniqus Consultech Inc.(“Uniqus”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we share it, and your choices. It applies to your use of www.uniqusexchange.com and any Uniqus Exchange email, attachment, or notification.
1. Information we collect
- Identity we verify at invite: name, work email, title, company, persona (CAE, Controller, CFO, etc.).
- Member-generated content: threads, replies, questions you Ask, pulse responses, files you upload, and any comments you post inside a Circle.
- Session data: authentication tokens, IP address at sign-in (for security), user-agent, basic server logs.
- Agent telemetry: costs, latencies, and error diagnostics when our AI layer (“Uniqus Signal”) processes content you or other members produce. Aggregated, not linked to you personally after partner review.
We do not collect payment information, device fingerprints, or cross-site tracking data. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
2. How we use it
- Run the Service — place you in Circles that match your persona, show you relevant content, send notifications you opted into.
- Moderate — a human Partner reviews agent-drafted content before it reaches members. Trust & Safety heuristics scan member content for policy violations.
- Improve — aggregate metrics (engagement, approval latency, cost per agent) help us make the Service better. We do not train external models on your content.
- Security — investigate suspected abuse or account compromise.
3. What other members see
Inside a Circle, your anonymous handle(e.g. “QuietFinch81”) is what co-members see by default on threads, replies, and pulse responses. Chatham House rule applies — members must not reveal the identity of another member outside the Service. Your real name and company are only visible to you and to Partners (Uniqus moderators of the Circles you belong to).
4. Sub-processors we use
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage. Data residency: US.
- Anthropic — Claude models powering the Uniqus Signal agent layer. Content sent for agent processing is subject to Anthropic’s enterprise data policy (no training, no retention beyond operational need).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — hosting, CDN, edge logs.
- OnlyOffice / Collabora — document preview rendering for files you upload.
We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing.
5. Cookies
We set only functional cookies — a session cookie from Supabase that keeps you signed in. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Because we rely only on strictly-necessary cookies, we do not display a cookie-consent banner.
6. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access and export your data — visit /me.
- Correct your profile (title, company, persona).
- Delete your account. When you delete, your profile is removed and any content you authored is reassigned to a generic “former member” handle so the discussion thread remains valuable to other Circle members. Contact us if you require hard deletion of specific posts.
- Unsubscribe from any email — every notification email has a one-click link.
7. Retention
We retain identifying information while you are a member, plus 12 months for audit and dispute purposes after you delete your account. Aggregated metrics and anonymized content persist indefinitely.
8. Children
Uniqus Exchange is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Contact
Questions, corrections, or deletion requests: privacy@uniqusexchange.com. Our parent company can be reached at Uniqus Consultech Inc. Mailing address and corporate registration are available on request.
10. Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will notify members by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
